My mission is to help female entrepreneurs grow a life and business that feels good, and to me, this means one that’s in alignment with their values and purpose.

Things I love the Most

My family is everything to me. I have two teen boys who bring me so much joy, and I’m grateful to be their mom. 


Favorite Food

I love food and cooking so it’s so hard to choose! If I had to choose, it might be flatbreads because there are so many creative toppings (hummus and arugula salad is a fave!)


My Guilty Pleasure

I’m a true crime junkie (even though it gives me nightmares!). My oldest son and I love watching shows and documentaries together. 


what I do for fun

I love making things – knitting, stitching, quilting. True story: I used to have an Etsy shop too where I sold my knitted goods!
